Thanks to its comprehensive range of H2One hydrogen stations, TSM enables communities, businesses, manufacturers or managers of car/bus fleets to easily, quickly and efficiently launch their first hydrogen fuel infrastructure.
TSM offers a wide range of hydrogen stations at the cutting edge of technological and digital innovation, delivering from 10/20 to several hundreds or thousands of kg of hydrogen per day, at 350 and 700 bars.
Set apart by their compact and modular design, our hydrogen stations can supply all types of vehicles: captive fleets (commercial vehicles, forklifts), public transport (buses), city cars (personal vehicles), and large vehicles such as lorries, trains, boats, etc.
Our stations can be supplied via tube trailers or hydrogen pipelines, but our main objective is to create a chain of clean energy by putting electrolysis at the heart of our systems.
Thanks to the electrolysers, our stations can produce the low-carbon energy they need to power vehicles on site and on demand.
TSM equipment is CE certified and compliant with the European Union directives on machinery (2006/42/EC) and pressure equipment (2014/68/EU), as well as the SAE J2601 and 2799 standards, NF EN 17127, the low voltage directive (2014/35/EU), and the ATEX directive (2014/34/EU).
The frames are in compliance with CE 1090-1 & 2 and are suitable for seismic zones 4/5, while the acoustics can be adjusted on request, with an average of 70 DB at 8 metres.
Different fire protection ratings are also available on request: 30, 60 or 90.

Our solution is based on various concepts used in the industry, allowing operators to work safely, access the data quickly and diagnose any issues, no matter their location.
By using products from recognised suppliers, first level maintenance can be carried out by experienced electrical engineers without any intervention from the manufacturer.
To allow the operator to communicate easily with the various systems (Fill & Drive, RFID, 4G/ADSL, etc.), our automation system is based on a Beckhoff PC, with a real-time kernel for the automation, inputs/outputs connected via the EtherCAT bus, and an HMI developed in HTML. The Fill and Drive system can be used to transmit information for management purposes, but operators can also connect directly to the station to see its operations in real time and manage it via the HMI. An SMS and email system is used to send alerts in case of malfunctions.
